Ingredients: Dry Mango, Coriander Powder, Red Chillies, Black Pepper, Clove, Cumin, Cardamom, Caraway, Dry Ginger, Nutmeg, Cassia.
How to Use:
Boil 250 g of nutri (soya chunks) until soft and squeeze out excess water.
Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add chopped onions, ginger, and capsicum.
Add some curd or boiled spinach paste and mix well.
Add the boiled nutri and then add 50 g of Amritsari Instant Nutri Soya Masala.
Mix well and cook for a few minutes until properly blended.
Serve hot.
Note: No need to add salt, chilli powder, or any other spices.
